The Sue Smith Satisfaction GuaranteeI once made the mistake of hiring a neighbor who was a REALTOR® to sell my home. She was a great neighbor, but not a very good REALTOR®. She did not do a thorough market analysis, didn't aggressively market my home with all the tools available (including the all-powerful Internet), didn't follow up on a regular basis, didn't provide feedback about visitors to my home, and I felt that she didn't represent my best interests when dealing with a potential buyer. I call it the "stick a sign in the yard and sit back to wait for someone else to sell it" syndrome. I was then in a position where I had to try to fire my neighbor, which I knew would cause hard feelings. This neighbor / agent wouldn't even discuss it with me and I wound up having to go to her broker to get released from my listing contract - something I did not want to do and should not have had to do. Now the good news - what she did do was make me realize that I could do a much better job! My promise to you I will do everything in my power to keep you informed every step of the way
and market your home using the best tools available to a worldwide buyer pool.
I will contact you at least on a weekly basis to inform you of any changes in
the local real estate market and provide feedback from potential buyers who have viewed
your property and any prospect who contact me by E-mail or through the virtual
tour of your home. When we receive an offer on your property, I will
contact you immediately. |
